Mindfulness

Mindfulness is a state of active, open attention in the here and now. Mindfulness is about ‘being present’ (whole body-mind awareness) to the moment-to-moment experience, without pre-conception, judgment or anticipation, witnessing the ongoing experience “As Is”. It means observing one’s thoughts and feelings, becoming a witness in the moment, and awakening to the ongoing experience. It is important to clarify that “attention without judgment in the here and now” does not in any way imply that one has to disconnect with past recollections or future anticipation. Such automatic thought patterns are natural in their occurrence. Mindfulness is about restoring observation of experience in the present moment with non-judgmental awareness.

Apart from individual life, Mindfulness practice has immense purpose & relevance for organisation life as well.
